Resumo
Durante a Conferência das Nações Unidas sobre Mudanças Climáticas (COP30), realizada entre 10 e 21 de novembro na cidade de Belém, o Ministério da Saúde do Brasil publicou um documento em que apresenta o Plano de Ação de Saúde de Belém para a adaptação do setor de saúde às mudanças climáticas: The Belém Health Action Plan for the adaptation of the health sector to climate change. Este é um artigo especial, redigido em conjunto pela Associação Brasileira de Alergia e Imunologia e pela Sociedade Brasileira de Pediatria, que reúne os pontos principais do plano publicado pelo Ministério da Saúde/SUS.

Abstract
During the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30), held from November 10 to 21 in the city of Belém, northern Brazil, the Brazilian Ministry of Health released a document outlining the Belém Health Action Plan for the adaptation of the health sector to climate change. This special article, jointly authored by the Brazilian Association of Allergy and Immunology and the Brazilian Society of Pediatrics, summarizes the main elements of the plan published by the Brazilian Ministry of Health/Unified Health System (SUS).
